You paste a web address. That is the hard part.
New padel tournament software usually means a design brief and a developer. This needs neither: we read your own website for your name, your logo and the colors for your big screen, so the first version is already close to right.

Paste your club's address. We fetch your name, your logo and the colors for your big screen, and suggest an address for your page.

Adjust what we got wrong
Pick the right logo or upload your own, and fix the name. You add a photo of your hall in the dashboard afterwards.

Start playing
Put the poster up in your hall. Players scan the code and start any format from your page, with no account and no app. Your staff sign in at the bottom of the page for Tournament and Ladder.

There is no checkout button yet. It starts with an email, we set the page up together, and we agree on when billing starts — you get a person, not a form.
What happens when you write
- You tell us the name of your center and roughly how many members play.
- We tell you honestly which items on the list above are ready today.
- If it fits, we set the page up with you — usually in one sitting.
- If it does not fit, we say so. The free version stays free either way.

What do we actually get today?
A tournament page at padelloop.app/c/your-club with your logo and a photo of your hall, open to anyone, where players start any format. Your club account opens Tournament (classes, groups and A/B playoffs) and Ladder (a season ranking), both in beta, and a dashboard. The big screen shows your logo and your colors. A subdomain is not built yet.
How much work is this for us?
One sitting, for most centers. Paste your website address and we fetch your name and logo, plus the colors for your big screen, so you start from a draft rather than a blank form. You need no designer, developer or installation, and without a website you upload the logo and pick the colors in the dashboard.
How is this different from the free version?
The padel tournament software is the same. Everything the free version does, the formats, fair rotation, live standings, big screen and share link, your members get for nothing, and we will not lock that away. Club adds your page with your name and logo, your colors on the big screen, Tournament, Ladder and the dashboard.
What does it cost, and can we buy it right now?
390 kr a month, or 3 490 kr a year. There is no self-service checkout yet, so it starts with an email: you tell us about your center, we set the page up with you, and we agree on when billing starts. While the first centers are onboarding, you get a person rather than a form.
Who owns the data, and what happens to it?
You do. Player names and scores are what the tool needs to run a tournament and show a table, and they can be deleted. We do not sell data or build profiles across clubs. The privacy policy has the details, and if your board needs something specific in writing before signing, you will get it in writing.
Can we see it before deciding?
Yes, in two ways. An example club page for a made-up center, Star Padel, shows the layout with a logo, a hall photo and its big screen in the club's own colors. And you can run a real club night on the free version first: the engine is the same, so nothing you learn there is wasted.
What if we want to stop?
You stop. There is no lock-in period and nothing is held hostage: your members can keep using the free tool exactly as before, because it is the same tool. Send us an email and we take your club page down, and nothing else changes for your players.
