Automatic branding gets you most of the way, not all of it. Change any color, swap the logo, fix the name. It is an editor, not a ticket to support.

What happens when you write

- We tell you honestly which items on the list above are ready today.
- If it fits, we set the page up with you — usually in one sitting.
- If it does not fit, we say so. The free version stays free either way.

What do we actually get today?
Your colors and your logo on the tournament tool, and a club dashboard. Your members open a page that looks like your center rather than like us, and they still need no account and no app. Your club page lives at padelloop.app/c/your-club today; a subdomain of your own is on the list but not built yet, and we will tell you plainly which of the items above are ready the day you ask.
How much work is this for us?
Paste your website address and we fetch your colors, logo and fonts from it automatically. That gives you a starting point you can adjust rather than a blank form, so most centers are looking at a finished page within the first sitting. You do not need a designer, a developer, or anything installed — and if your club has no website, you can pick the colors by hand instead.
How is this different from the free version?
The tournament engine is identical. Everything the free version does — the formats, the fair rotation, the live standings, the big screen and the share link — your members already get for nothing, and we are not going to lock that away. Club is about whose name is on it: your branding instead of ours, plus the dashboard. If the branding does not matter to your center, the free version is genuinely the right answer.
What does it cost, and can we buy it right now?
390 kr a month, or 3 490 kr a year. There is no self-service checkout yet, so it starts with an email: you tell us about your center, we set the page up with you, and we agree on when billing starts. That is slower than a buy button, and it is deliberate while the first centers are onboarding — you get a person rather than a form.
Who owns the data, and what happens to it?
You do. Player names and scores are what the tool needs to run a tournament and show a table, and they are deletable. We do not sell data and we do not build profiles across clubs. The full detail is in the privacy policy, and if your board needs something specific in writing before signing off, ask and you will get it in writing.
Can we see it before deciding?
Yes, two ways. The tool runs in club colors right now if you open the setup page in the club theme, so you can see the shape of it straight away. And you can run a real club night on the free version first — the engine is the same one, so nothing you learn there is wasted if you upgrade later.
What if we want to stop?
You stop. There is no lock-in period and nothing is held hostage: your members can keep using the free tool exactly as before, because it is the same tool. Tell us and we take the branded page down.
