Terms of service

Last updated: 20 July 2026

These terms apply when you use PadelLoop. By using the service you agree to them. PadelLoop is operated by Kjetil Sande, based in Haugesund, Norway. Questions? Email hi@padelloop.app.

The service

PadelLoop helps you plan and run padel tournaments, generating rounds for Americano, Mexicano, Mixicano, Team Mexicano, Tournament, King/Queen of the Court, Monrad and Team Americano, tracking scores, and showing a live table. Free features are available without an account; paid plans (Pro and Club) are on the way and will add more tournament formats and white-label branding for clubs.

Acceptable use

  • Use PadelLoop for lawful purposes only.
  • Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • You are responsible for the data you enter, including making sure you may share the names of the players in your tournament.
  • Reviews and feedback you submit should be honest and your own. We may decline to publish or may remove content that is misleading, unlawful or offensive.
  • PadelLoop is meant for organizing tournaments and isn’t directed at children.

Availability

We work to keep PadelLoop running reliably, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may change, pause or discontinue features over time.

Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. Tournament data you enter is yours; we use it to provide the service to you.

Content and intellectual property

The PadelLoop name, logo, design and content are ours. The tournament data you enter stays yours. When you submit a review, you allow us to publish it, with the name and club or role you provide, on the site, and to remove it later if needed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PadelLoop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
