King/Queen of the Court

Teams are formed two by two from the players in order. Court 1 is the king court: win and you stay or climb, lose and you drop down. Any teams beyond the courts wait in a queue and enter from the bottom. A pair that arrives late can be added while the night runs, and it joins the back of the queue.
